The last thing is that we should check out the overview performance, which includes metrics like clicks, search volume, map views, and others. These metrics give us a holistic view of how our business is performing on Google My Business (GMB). When we dive into the ‘Customer Interactions’ metrics, we can understand how our customers are engaging with us\u2014whether it’s through clicking into our website, asking for directions, or making phone calls. From the screenshot below, you can see the time range tool, which functions to compare data from different periods and helps to evaluate how your business performance has changed over time. Last but not least, please take a look at what customers are saying and respond to their comments. as actively engaging with reviews can really boost your business image.<\/p>\n
